Services
Caring for animals is not only our job, its our passion.  
In order to ensure the best health for your pet, we
recommend an examination at least once a year.  Your
pet's annual examination will include: a thorough
physical examination, immunization against contagious
diseases, testing for internal parasites, and a check for
external parasites.  We are available for any questions
or concerns you have about your pet's well being.  We
look forward to keeping your pet healthy.

Dr. Allen's Behavioral form.  
The form can be filled out at home and brought into
our office when completed.  At that time, the
receptionist will be able to schedule your behavioral
consultation with Dr Allen.  The appointment will be at
least 24-48 hours after form is initially dropped off.
